Caerbwdi is a small National Trust bay just a short walk away from neighbouring Caerfai. The beach is sand at low tide, flanked by cliffs of purple sandstone. The closest parking is on the lane signposted Trelerw from the A487, where there is space for several cars about 100 yards along by the National Trust's Caerbwdy pillar (Grid Ref SM769248). About 100 yards further along the lane a footpath leads off down to the beach.
