Caer Bwdy Bay

Caer Bwdy Bay

Caer Bwdy is a small National Trust bay just a short walk away from neighbouring Caerfai. The beach is sand at low tide, flanked by cliffs of purple sandstone. The closest parking is about 100 yards along the lane signposted Trelerw from the A487, where there is a small parking area by the National Trust's Caerbwdy pillar (Grid Ref : SM769248). Approximately a further 100 yards along the lane, a footpath on the right forks off to the beach.
