Sully bay is a beach of rocks, pebbles, a few small patches of sand and low-tide mud. The coastal path runs just behind it, and further back are mostly fields. There are two free parking areas, at ST152679 and ST157677. Access from the first of these is down a slipway.
The photo above shows the view towards Sully Island. Dogs are allowed at all times.

It seems strange to me go write a review on a beach that I visited frequently 68 years ago, as we had a caravan at Lavernock and I had almost daily visits to Swanbridge, Sully and Sully Island. What I always liked was that it was not a commercial area, but I have fond memories of the area, and I moved to Australia in 1955 but now live in S W France.
